Dr. Frank Riccardelli graduated from Rutgers University with a BS in 1974, received a MS degree in Animal Nutrition from the Ohio State University in 1975, and earned a VMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1979.

Dr. Riccardelli became a partner in Ringwood Animal Hospital in 1985.

Dr. E. Kurt Arnold graduated from Rutgers University with a BS in 1981, earned a DVM degree from the University of Illinois in 1987, and received a MS degree in Veterinary Toxicology in 1988.

Dr. Arnold became a partner in Ringwood Animal Hospital in 1988.

Dr. Monica Endy grew up in and currently resides in Ringwood, New Jersey. She received an undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and earned her DVM degree from the Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to joining the Ringwood Animal Hospital team, Dr. Endy practiced at the Banfield Pet Hospital of Paramus. Her special interests include soft tissue surgery.

Outside of work, Dr. Endy enjoys spending time with friends and family. She has three dogs— Charlie the beagle, Harley the bulldog, and Hoss the pitbull.
